Welcome to BuyerTap. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the BuyerTap website and services. By accessing or using BuyerTap, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Platform Purpose
BuyerTap is a deal-routing and investor matching platform that connects real estate buyers and deal submitters.
BuyerTap is not:
A real estate broker
A licensed real estate agent
A legal advisor
A financial advisor
BuyerTap does not negotiate deals or represent either party.
2. User Accounts
To use BuyerTap, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate account information
Keep your login credentials secure
Not impersonate any other person or entity
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform rules.
3. Deal Submissions
If you upload a property or deal, you certify that:
You are the rightful owner OR authorized contract holder
Property information submitted is accurate
You are not submitting fraudulent or misleading data
You are not daisy-chaining unless explicitly allowed
BuyerTap may remove any deal for any reason.
4. Buyer Matching & Notifications
When a deal is submitted:
BuyerTap uses your criteria to identify potential matches
Deal alerts may be sent via email or SMS
Buyer contact information may be shared with the deal owner when appropriate
BuyerTap is not responsible for:
Deal accuracy
Buyer responsiveness
Seller responsiveness
Failed notifications
Closed or failed transactions
5. Fees & Payments
Some features may require payment, including:
Verified buyer subscriptions
Premium market access
Deal routing enhancements
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may NOT:
Submit false or fraudulent deals
Spam users
Abuse or harass others
Attempt to breach platform security
Copy, reverse engineer, or replicate BuyerTap’s technology
Use BuyerTap for illegal purposes
Violations may result in account removal.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuyerTap is not liable for:
Lost profits
Failed deals
Inaccurate information
Platform downtime
Disputes between users
Your sole remedy is to stop using the platform.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold BuyerTap harmless from claims arising from:
Your use of the platform
Your deal submissions
Your interactions with other users
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use BuyerTap means you accept the updated Terms.

12. SMS Terms & Conditions
You must be at least 18 years old to receive SMS messages.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 937-860-2345. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive [message frequency]. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
